14Tips on How To Set Your Goals, Very Important!!!

You know the importance of Setting Goals, don't you?
Don’t set goals…… Without taking these 14 tips into consideration!
1. Make it specific and challenging
Telling yourself, “I’m going to do my best” leaves the door open to settle for sub-par effort. Make yourself accountable, be specific and raise the bar.

2. Remind yourself that it’s going to be difficult
Two reasons people throw in the towel on their goals is because they underestimate how long it’s going to take and how difficult it’s going to be. This isn’t going to happen to you will it?

3. Make sure it’s your goal
Don’t pick a goal that you’re “supposed” to choose or a goal that someone gives you. Own your goal.

4. Just pick one
You’ll be amazed on what you can do when you look in on one thing.

5. Don’t let your goal consume you
Just because I told you to pick one, that doesn’t mean to forget everything else. Don’t let your goal blind you from other important things (i.e. family, sleep, health, school, work, etc.)

6. Celebrate your victories
If you’re not careful you’re going to miss those hard to notice successes, don’t let that happen. Those are going to fuel your confidence along the way.

7. Have your goal in your face every day
Have a poster, a saying, picture, or anything else to remind you of your goal every day.

8. Have a finish line
Could you imagine running in a race that doesn’t end? Eventually your motivation would drop, your energy would give, and your enjoyment will whither. The same thing happens when you don’t have a finish line to your goal.

9. Know your obstacles
Think about and write down all the things you’re going to face that will get in the way of your goal achievement. Do you still want to climb this mountain?

10. Have plans to combat those obstacles
What are you going to do when adversity strikes?

11. Start BIG, work small
Don’t get caught into the minute details of achieving your goal before you start. For example, some people trying to get into shape don’t begin immediately because they’re so worried about having the perfect shoes, the right watch, and ideal meal plan, that it gets in the way of them actually doing something. Just go; take care of the details later.

12. Lock‐in on the present
Goal attainment is achieved by giving your attention to the only thing you can control – doing something today.

13. Process over results
Focus on the process and let the results follow.

14. Have fun
No explanation needed

Rihanna poses naked with snakes for magazine cover

R&B singer Rihanna has gone topless for the cover of British GQ 25th Anniversary Issue.
The photo, which was shot by Mariano Vivanco, shows the singer covering her chest with her forearms and small snakes with various colors cover her hair, while a big snake is around Rihanna's neck, reported Ace Showbiz.
The 'Diamonds' hitmaker also shared the photo on her Instagram.
Another picture on the photo-sharing website shows her posing seductively, biting a finger with a snake is on her head.
The 25-year-old singer is currently on her Diamonds tour. The magazine is out on October 31.

Rihanna Kicked Out of Abu Dhabi Mosque

File this under "not surprising." Rihanna — who isn't known for being overly considerate of others (including her own fans) — pushed the boundaries again. This time, however, authorities pushed back.
The pop princess was asked to leave Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque complex on Friday when she attempted to pose for an unauthorized photo shoot at the place of worship.

Posing in a black jumpsuit with a wrap that covered her head, the star still managed to look rather sultry as she stared into the camera, caressed her hips, and even rolled around on the floor a little. She completed her look with a giant gold necklace and bright red lips that were positioned in a bedroom pout.
Staff reportedly spotted her and requested that she leave the compound because her actions were considered to not be in line with the "sanctity" of the site. And while RiRi wasted no time tossing up the pics on Instagram, the mosque publicly addressed the situation as well, releasing a statement to explain its position — not that it needed much explanation.

"In the event of behavior that violates the moral codes of access to the mosque, or other visit regulations — such as taking inappropriate pictures, posing in ways that are improper in the context of sacred place, talking loudly, or eating — the violators are directed in a polite manner that reflects the civilizational and tolerant attributes of Islam."
According to the authorities, Rihanna showed up "for a private visit to the mosque, at a gate that is not reserved for visitors, without prior coordination with the Centre’s management and without identifying herself." It does concede, however, that the 25-year-old star did leave "without entering the mosque, after being asked to do so." So … that's good at least.
Still, the tide may be turning against the self-described bad girl, as even fans seem to be getting fed up with her diva behavior. Just two days after the mosque incident, Rihanna's performance in Johannesburg, South Africa, proved to be pretty disastrous.

The city's biggest newspaper, The Star, ran an article on its front page called Ri-Ri Rip-Off slamming the singer for her "obvious" lip-synching and calling the show "below par."
One fan explained, "I think she was actually lip-synching because, at some points, the words of the song were happening but she wasn’t singing along. I don’t know if she was doing it for the whole show." According to another, she wasn't. "You knew she was singing because she wasn’t always on key," Nicole Contini quipped.
And this is hardly the first time the singer has taken heat for a lackluster show. For the last year, she has been nearly chronically late to her own concerts and has yet to apologize once.
Which makes it pretty much par for the course that she has yet to respond to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque's statement or even take the photos down. Back in July, we asked when fans would say enough is enough. Soon, we may get our answer.

Kris Jenner Tries to Explain Split from Bruce Jenner

A lot has been said about what may have caused Kris and Bruce Jenner to separate after 22 years of marriage, but in a new interview, the Kardashian matriarch, 57, said that even she isn't sure.

"I don't think it was the pace of life. We've always gone 150 miles per hour, and Bruce has more energy than anybody," she told People magazine. "I just think it has evolved. I really can't put my finger on it. We're just happier now."

Bruce, 63, agreed, and recently said that "there's no animosity" between him and his estranged wife. She also said that since Bruce began spending more time at his home in Malibu, the couple's relationship has improved. In fact, Kris referred to the arrangement as "the best of both worlds."

"There was a definitely shift in the way we treated each other," she said of Bruce's move. "We will always be the best of friends, because that's the dynamic of our relationship. We definitely get along as a family and with the kids. We're so connected in that way. We love each other."


The couple, who have two teenage daughters together, and eight children between them from previous relationships, will continue to co-parent and prioritize their family, Kris said.
"It's a very wonderful dynamic. It's just not something that's real negative and nasty," she insisted. "I love really hard, and the people that I have in my life that I love will always be in my life forever. It's ultimately like one big happy family."
